Since Joining Barcelona from Borrusia Dortmund, Ousmane Dembele has not been able to make his name in Barcelona and has been having a hard time with injury which has lessen his time of play which resulted to his loss of form. His transfer happened in 2017 in other to boost the Barcelona team but since then Barcelona has not been getting value for the money spent on bringing the Frenchman to Camp Nou.

Ousmane Dembele was a young and rising star back in the Bundesliga but on getting to Barcelona, things really went south for him. With Barcelona current Financial issue there will be issue in his wage which may result to transfer away from Barcelona for Him maybe in the January transfer. Manchester City has recently picked interest in signing Ousmane Dembele and it could be a swap deal and some funds to balance it up.

Manchester City are willing to offer Raheem Sterling who has not been having much playing time at the club to the transfer and if Barcelona could accept the offer there is hope that Raheem Sterling will be moving to the Spanish league to meet his former team mate Sergio Aguero. Raheem Sterling still have a contract with Manchester City which run till the summer of 2023 in case the transfer did not go through, Manchester City will be looking for another suitable offer for Sterling if they are willing to let him go.

According to the media, Ousmane Dembele was valued around €40 Million and he still have a year left on his current contract which will see him till summer of 2023.
