Chelsea have not given the following players a new contracts and their future is not certain with Chelsea.
Willian Borges, Oliver Giroud and Pedro Rodriguez contracts will end this summer and Chelsea is probably not needing them that's why new contract was not issued to them.
Willian borges may end up at Arsenal as they are interested in him and since he has refused the 2 years offer from Chelsea. Chelsea will sell him since his contract is ending this summer in order not to go on free agent.
Pedro Rodriguez was not given any contract proposal at all but As Roma are willing to pay his price.
While oliver Giroud may be offered a year contract which is not certain.
