The Veteran Italy Born Striker Had Previously Announced His Retirement From Football Back In 2017 Just A Week After Signing For The Italian Side Hellas Verona But He Later Had A Change Of Mind Saying He Wanted To "Rise To The Challenge" And Have A "Crazy Season".

Now Antonio Cassano has declared his retirement for the third(3) time and It has only been 7 days since he trained with the third division team, Virtus Entella.

Antonio Cassano who made his Professional debut with an Italian side Bari had went on an played for top tier teams such as As Roma and Real Madrid. Since then, he has played for several European clubs including Sampdoria, Ac Milan, Inter Milan and Parma. Although he had such an outstanding ability as to be called "the talent of the devil", he was caught in a mysterious manner while exercising his bad temperament both inside and outside the pitch.

Cassano has announced his farewell speech through Italian journalist Pierre Luigi Pardo in a statements which reads - I chose retirement because I did not have a strong heart to live as a soccer player anymore.

"I have learned that in the last few days of training I have not been in a position to train anymore, I need passion and talent to play soccer, but I need harder determination than anything else. I am curious, burning to prove to myself that I can do it without the help of my feet. "
