Wow, we have got a Super Wednesday due to huge games going down in both the UEFA Champions League and the English Premier League. For the UEFA Champions League, we have got games involving Fc Porto and Juventus, as well as, Sevilla taking on Borussia Dortmund, whilst for the English Premier League, we have got games involving Everton and Manchester City, as well as, Burnley hosting Fulham.

However, just 1 game of all these games can be analyzed by me as in my usual tradition, and with no disrespect to any team, I will be going for the game involving Everton and Manchester City. I really want to see if Pep Guardiola and his men can make it 18 straight wins in all competitions.

Let's move straight to the analysis shall we?

1) EVERTON:

Although the Toffees are pretty below the Citizens in terms of performance, we can't neglect the fact that they have been impressive this season altogether. I feel Manchester City would be more careful playing against them.

Carlos Ancelotti's men will also have the comfort of their home going into this game, and we have seen how well they have dispatched teams like Chelsea, Arsenal, and Tottenham here. Although, they lost to Manchester United and also suffered a even more shocking loss to Fulham in their last game here, there will definitely still be a strong optimism that they, Everton, can get the win.

2) MANCHESTER CITY:

Hmm, they definitely look to be the favorite to get a win in this game if we are to look at their amazing performance that have fetched them a whooping 24 consecutive games without suffering a defeat which is also strengthened with a massive 17 games winning streak, not to forget a push to the top the EPL table. Really, Pep Guardiola and his men will be going into this game with a huge psychological boost.

Another stat that favors Pep's men is their massive "head to head" dominance over the Toffees in their last 5 previous meetings. The Citizens have won all 5 of these meetings, 3 at Goodison Park and 2 at the Etihad. They, Manchester City, won't feel too disturbed about not getting a win here again.

A draw could also be the outcome of this game, but I expect a scintillating game from both sides with more of the ball possession going to the Citizens as usual.

Don't forget to enjoy the other games going down today as well.

Feel free to drop your opinions and comments, they will be greatly appreciated.

Much love from your Football Analyst and Writer, IbkDaGreat.
