No matter how we all may wanna argue it, truth is, we can't entirely dislodge the fact that they're "Big Boys" in this game. We can always spot them from the kind of stuffs that surround them, the media reactions to their little stunts and the way most of them are overrated. When it comes to "Big-Boyhood" in Football, it's not only about the players, they are also big boys from the coaching sphere.

And whether they are currently delivering or not, jobless or not, their name continues to ring bell anytime it's mentioned, and Jose Mourinho no doubt is one manager you can't wave off. The former Madrid and Manchester United coach is one of the most controversial Coaches in the history of the game, and his comments have been described by many fans as one the best media stunts as far as football is concerned.

Truth is, the Portuguese knows he is a big boy and whether he is currently managing a club or not, he still can't go below his taste by accepting a coaching job in a club that isn't one of the top clubs in Europe's top five leagues. Some may have expected Mourinho to go down the drain after he got fired last December at Old Trafford following his inability to motivate a declining Manchester United Side.

The former Inter boss has rather stayed relevant and most times as an analyst. Every now and then, he releases droplets of funny verbal grenade to spark up the media and leave them something to feed on, that's Mourinho for you, haha... After he got fired, lots of clubs have been coming around for his signature, but the Portuguese doesn't seem like he is willing to go to any Club that is not at the "Big boys" level. The Likes of Monaco in France, Schalke in Germany and even AC Milan in Italy have all tried getting Mourinho's signature, all to no avail.

Even Lille and Wolfsburg came knocking but the former Porto Boss has got his eyes fixed at the biggest arenas. For him, it's either he is in one of the best Clubs or nothing. The Big Boss has always fixed his gaze on Clubs like Bayern Munich, PSG, Juventus and even Tottenham. However, with Bayern opting to retain Niko Kovac and PSG not willing to wave goodbye to Thomas Tuchel yet, Mourinho will have to wait even longer.

Juventus would have also been an awesome destination for the Portuguese after the Club showed interest in sacking Massimiliano Allegri, however, Juventus later preferred Maurizio Sarri as he resigned from Chelsea following his Europa league Glory with the blues. Tottenham would have also be a nice destination but the Club isn't interested in doing away with Pochetino, especially after his rumoured possible move to the Santiago Bernabeu didn't happen.

With Madrid later being able to convince Zidane to return, it meant Pochetino wasn't leaving anytime soon, not after taking Spurs to the Final of Champions league which he lost to Liverpool. However, it's currently being rumoured that the Portuguese will love to return to the Santiago Bernabeu, as Zidane's second missionary journey has not brought much stability of form to the team. Real Madrid is currently topping the league despite their 3-0 ignominious defeat to PSG in their Champions league group match. Jose Mourinho's taste for top flight clubs is a reflection of his Class, and confirmation that in this game of football, The Big Boys are found in the Big Clubs.
