The Old Ladies had once again displayed on Friday that only one team can stop them from lifting the Italian league for the Eighth time in a row, and that's "themselves." With fourteen points gap ahead of second place Napoli, the Italian champions continues to appear more invincible with the rise of every sun.

They have played twenty-four games this season, recording twenty-one wins and three draws. Guess what? No defeat yet in the league. Sometimes I wish Juventus will be made to fight for their survival in the League as Bayern are currently doing in the German Bundesliga, but it's obvious they own the League.

Though they have played one game more than their Napoli, however not so many see the possibility of Juventus being surprised or toppled from their first spot on the table. You can freely call the Italian league Juventus's birthright and no one would sue you. With the league appearing almost as done and dusted job, the Italian champions are more focused on their quest to conquer Europe.

So far so good, the undisputed champions have fired 441 shots in Seria A, with 151 hitting the target. Juventus after 24 games this season have scored 52 goals. The closest team to them in terms of goal scoring is Atlanta with 51 goals.

Atlanta remains one of those few teams in Italy that have ruffled few feathers of Juventus this season, and one of those upsets was eliminating the Old Ladies in The Coppa Italia, thereby preventing Juve from possibly lifting the Seria A and Coppa Italia for the fifth time in a row.

Don't know if things will ever get better in Seria A in terms of competitiveness, because with Juventus signing Christiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid, that doesn't seem possible in the few years coming. For them, Italy is already a conqured empire, the Champions league their major quest.

It took a Paulo Dybala's awesome opener to light up the Allianz Stadium on friday against Frosinone. The second and third goals by Leonardo Bonucci and Christiano Ronaldo was all the Italian champions needed to boost their morale ahead of their Champions league clash with Athletico Madrid on Wednesday.

With the game against Frosinone already settled, Allegri had to substitute Ronaldo and Chiellini to avoid unnecessary injuries ahead of Wednesday's Champions league outing. After the match, the Juventus manager said... "The team is growing physically. We struggled a bit after the break but we're now ready to face this important moment of the season, both in the league and the Champions League," he said.

He went on to say, "It'll be a different game in Madrid. We will have to pay great attention and go there with the aim of scoring, otherwise going through will be tough. Atletico plays very aggressive football when playing at home. It is a team that has had great results in previous years in Europe. It is an open match, we have as much chance to go through as they do. The first thing we must do is score a goal in Madrid. Scoring in Madrid will be decisive for our qualification."

Mario Mandzukic

They are strikers that always find a way of wrecking havoc on defense, and no matter what you do, keeping them at bay is almost impossible. The Croatian forward have continued to impress even with the intimidating Presence of Ronaldo. The Croatian forward have 8 goals and 5 assists this season in the league.

On Friday, Mario Mandzukic made sure their visitors Frosinone has a taste of his sting. Even with his wrist in bandage, he proved a force to reckon with and made some awesome contribution up front. It was his header that enabled Bonucci to net the second goal. His cross from the right flank also assisted Ronaldo in netting the third goal of the night. You may keep him from scoring, but certainly not from helping others score, that's Mario Mandzukic for you!

Paulo Dybala

As Barcelona fan, I've always wished that Barcelona will sign Paulo. This is one of the young players I admire his gameplay so much. Though with the arrival of Christiano Ronaldo in Juventus, he has been forced to play an assisting role to the Portuguese star. However, the Argentines left foot was called to duty against Frosinone on Friday after a while. Did you see his goal?

Friday's goal against Frosinone was the Argentine's first goal in Seria A since November after Juventus defeated Cagliari 3-1. Dybala hasn't been in goal scoring form for some time now due to his sacrifice for a greater good of the team. His goal on Friday was his eighth in twenty-nine appearances in all competitions.

Dybala so far has only been able to score 3 goals in the seria A this season. He has also recorded four assists in the league. However, despite Dybala's goal form, his overall performance for the team is laudable and worth commending. It took him just six minutes to put Juventus in front on Friday from 25 yards. After the game, Allegri mince no words in praising the 25 year old impact.

"I'm happy for Paulo. He scored a good goal and forwards live for that," Allegri told Sky Sport Italia . We need a player who works between the lines, even more so this year as we play with two strikers as well as him. This has maybe limited him a little in terms of finishing, but not in terms of the matches and his performances."

Christiano Ronaldo

How would I forget the goal dragon himself. The Portuguese captain have continued to show why he is one the best players in the World as he is not relenting in making his impact felt every now and then. With his rather rough start in Turin, not so many saw him playing at this altitude this season in his new club, however, Ronaldo has gone on to disprove his doubters.

His goal on Friday made it his 19th for the season and he also has 8 assists to his name. The 34 year old has both gotten a goal and provided an assist for three consecutive Seria A matches now. He provided assists against Parma, Sassuolo and then Frosinone on Friday. With his form, Athletico Madrid will have to double their strength when they host the Old Ladies in the champions League.

The former Real Madrid star netted his goal on Friday on the 62 minute after Mandzukic gave an awesome cross from the right flank. He was later substituted in preparation for their big game against a stubborn Simeone's side. The Champions league remains the major reason behind Juventus signing him, and the world will be watching to see whether he can power Juventus to European Victory.
