Indeed being hardworking and committed has its own prize and Marcus Rashford just got himself a well deserved accolade. No doubt, The 21 year old English forward has risen above the dwindling lights of Manchester United under the watch if Jose Morinho, and has remained unscathed by his former Manager's misfortune at Old Trafford.

Though he was not totally swallowed up by Mourinho's dilemma, as he was seen putting up some magnificent displays alongside Anthony Martial as Manchester united Struggled. However, with the sacking of Mourinho and the appointment of Ole Solkjare as Manchester united's interim manager, Rashford has become an attacking forward that other teams are now wary of.

I wasn't surprise when he bagged the award for Manchester united's player of the Month, presented to him on Thursday. Guess who presented it to him? John Bradley. If you're a follower of the TV Series "Game Of Thrones," you may be familiar with that name. Bradley is that guy that is playing the role of Samwell Tarly in the movie. He is quite a weak lad as regards using the sword, but reflects intellectual prowess in the movie.

Never knew he was a passionate Manchester United fan until now that he presented the award to Rashford. It's really nice to see him as a football lover considering his character in the movie. The trophy goes a long way in showing that the young striker is ready to take The Reds attack to the next level in the nearest future. The young starlet has scored three goals already in January and has made tremendous impact up front under Ole. He has got the support of Solkjare and he hasn't disappointed his interim manager.

"If you look at the stats, I was told that he is younger than Ronaldo and Rooney to reach 150 appearances for Manchester United,' Solskjaer said after his recent 150th appearance. Not bad, is it? The 150th game is a feat in itself, being 21, but with the level of his performance, the maturity in his finishing and his work-rate, it's a dream to have players like him in the team. He can be absolutely top-class. He's playing the best football of his career. He's got a great future," Ole Solksjare said.

Marcus Rashford's talent and potential became more eye-catching when he was still Eighteen years old. This season has seen him make lots of improvement in his career and it's only a matter of time before he finds himself at the Mbappe Level. Yah, with consistency and resilience, he can hit the peak of his football career. The 2018/2019 season has seen the budding striker net nine goals and a further six assists in 22 games.

His striking instinct must have been hampered by Jose Mourinho's defensive style of play. He had to struggle most times as a lone striker up front even tracking down when United loses the ball. But with the renovation made to the team by Ole, Rashford has gain more balance and Solksjare's attacking style of play have helped bolster the attacking consciousness of United.

This has seen him net six goals in eight games under Ole Solkjare and is now seen as a favorite over the £75 million Belgium striker, Romelu Lukaku. His form has seen him book a seeming permanent place in Ole's starting line up, I think that's growth. "He can become a top, top one. We can talk about Harry Kane and his class, and I'm sure Marcus has got the potential to get up there," that's a comment from Solskjaer.

Few seasons back, the 21 year old Rashford has always been a target of criticism, especially for his lack of confidence and composure during one on one goal bound situations. However, the young English forward has moved on to become one of United's most favorite attacker, how time flies! He has stepped up in different occasions this season to salvage points for United in a game that the team would have lost. His winning goals against Tottenham and Leicester goes a long to sure that Rashford could be the biggest Lad for United in the future.
