It wasn't an awesome evening in the Premier league for Claudio Ranieri, as he watched his side lose grip of their early lead and later succumbed to a 3-1 defeat. Fulham should have taken advantage of that early goal and maintain the pressure on the host, however, their lost of concentration saw the result overturned against them.

The Hammers found themselves back into the game after the veteran Mexican forward Javier Hernandez netted a rather controversial goal. That equaliser will later boost the Hammers to a well fought 3-1 victory over their visitors. Fulham are currently not going through their blissful days, as their recent games have seen them struggle to grab some points.

Fulham troubled the still waters earlier and one would have thought they were ready to get the job done this time around. The Visitors drew the first blood through Ryan Babel's three minutes goal, which also means he has launched his goal account with Cottagers. One could spot the despair on Claudio Raneiri's face at the sidelines, as he saw his side suffer from the shortcomings of the officials. Could he be more helpless than that? That goal will latter be the host's lifeline to a first half advantage over Fulham, thanks to Issa Diop's 40 minutes header.

The first minute of Second-half stoppage time saw Michail Antonio nod home the third goal to burry any chance of the visitor's escaping with a point. Though Babel had wasted a 36 seconds early one-on-one opportunity into the game, it didn't take long for him to right his wrongs. It took a Ryan Sessengnon's well taken low cross for Babel to net his first Premier league goal after many months.

The equaliser came rapped in controversy. Antonio and Angelo Ogbonna had won headers following Rico's punch, but unfortunately for the host, a rather mischievous Hernandez only needed to guide the ball into the net with his left hand. Hahaha... Couldn't stop laughing. However, the Hammers cared very little about their visitor's plight, as they took the lead from a second corner, thanks to Diop who rose higher that everyone else to pounce on Snodgrass's delivery.

Antonio will later sealed Manuel Pellegrini's victory after six outings. The Premier league table now sees the Hammers sitting on the 9th position after 27 games so far. They have 36 points. This season have seen the Hammers won 10 league games, played 6 draws and have suffered 11 defeats. Westham have also fired 314 shots so far in the league, with 113 hitting the target and their third goal against Fulham yesterday was their 35th goal of the season.

Give It Up For Javier Chicharito Hernandez

The Mexican forward's equaliser also proved how deadly Javier Hernandez is in the box, as he can barely be kept at bay. Friday's goal against Fulham made the prolific forward the first Mexican player to net up to 50 goals in the Premier league, and the 106th player overall in the league's history. Guess what? All 50 goals have been scored within the box. Am still wondering why Manchester United never used him to the fullest.

The 30 year old striker had arrived at Old Trafford from Mexican side Chivas in 2010, and he did well to adapt to the ever demanding nature of English football. Javier Hernandez netted 37 goals for the red devils before his departure. During his days at Old Trafford, Chicharito was part of the United team that lifted the league in 2010-11 and also 2012-13 seasons. I wouldn't be totally wrong if am tempted to brand him as Mexico's most awesome player.

The forward will later take his adventure to Spain, where he played on loan for Real Madrid. From there, he continued his tour in Europe by moving to Germany where he played for Bayer Leverkusen. After two years spell in Hitler's country, Chicharito found his way back to the Queen's land in 2017. His Friday's goal for Westham was his 13 of the season and trust me, he deserves some accolades.
