Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has given an update on Anfield flop Lloris Karius. According to Klopp, he is confident the German can enjoy a great career outside of Anfield.

Ever since his mistake in the Champions League final of 2018, Jurgen Klopp has treated the German shot-stopper as a complete outcast in the team. Insisting he would have no future at Anfield.

The German show-stopper was one of the first signings made by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.

At the time when the likes of Mo Salah and Sadio Mane began rising to stardom status at Liverpool, Karius was the man in between the sticks for the team.

Nonetheless, since his disastrous Champions League final performance, he has never featured for the Anfield giants.

After consistently being overlooked, Lloris Karius decided to make a move away from the Anfield giants on several loan deals.

Majorly to Germany and Turkey. He enjoyed a loan spell at Union Berlin as well as with Turkish topflight side Besiktas. However, he constantly failed to convince and was never signed permanently.

Now, Karius has it all to do as his contract with Liverpool expires this summer.

The Anfield giants have shown no signs of willingness to renew. Karius can only hope his performances would be enough for a team to find favour in his eyes.
