There are certain times when things just seem to come together in the most remarkable fashion. When nothing can stop a team from heading to victory in whatever they put their minds to. For most people, that is where Brazil is currently at the moment. The time seems to be just right and they are right here at a time where other teams are struggling to put themselves together. However, while that may be the popular belief, Paraguay currently stands between them and the semi-finals. Will, there be an upset in this match or would Brazil fly past Paraguay as if they didn't exist?

Brazil

Brazil has had a great start to their campaign. 7 points out of 3 games are as good as it gets and with no loss yet, they would be brimming with confidence. Still, confidence can lead to a fall when there is so much of it and they would be more conscious of this than ever. It has been a few years since Brazil had a say on where the cup would end. For most of the players on their team, the time has finally come for them to make it to the next stage of the competition. They do not seem to be missing their star player Neymar as they have something about them which might keep them going for a long time.

Paraguay

Paraguay is fortunate to be in the next stage. They found themselves with just 2 points after three games thanks to the draws which they achieved from Argentina and Qatar. It can validly be argued that those teams are really not up to the same level as Brazil. Brazil would probably their ultimate test in its entirety and it would be a miraculous night if they are to get the better of these teams. The sad thing about their quest would be their current form and how when compared with the form of Brazil, it is simply crazy to compare.

Form

Six matches for Brazil, five matches won. No losses and a single draw have the story for Brazil. They have come to the party just at the right time and they are rumbling to go. At the rate that they are going, they would surely not be scared of playing against other teams in the Copa America. All they need now to crown all their efforts would be to make sure they keep their focus and passion intact until the end of the tournament.

This is in sharp contrast with Paraguay as stated earlier. One win in the last six games is something to be concerned about and that is, unfortunately, the situation which Paraguay find themselves in. Despite just having won once they have actually just lost twice during the same time period with about three draws also on their books. They have to play better if they are to survive as Brazil would be happy to simply pick them apart. It is needed to survive in the Copa America.
