This man is a legend who is eager to play and make an impact in the big games. Although not part of the squad from the beginning, his influence was surely felt when he single-handedly led the team to beat Switzerland in the semifinals with a blistering hat-trick. Portugal would face the meanest defense in Europe and would be looking for a way to exploit them. If there is any way they can do this, it is going to have to be through captain fantastic. It is surely going to be interesting to see how attack and defense struggle for dominance in this game.

Both teams are surely not in bad form. However, they cannot be said to be in the great staggering form either. Portugal sees still undefeated following their game against Switzerland. This, however, does not remove the fact that they have drawn four of those games and surely have found it difficult to outscore their opponent. This is the task which they have handed in the finals of the league and one which they would have t do against the Netherlands.
Three wins, two draws, and a single loss is the story for the Netherlands in recent games. However, this does not take away the fact that they deserve to be where they are currently. With their stunning win against the English side, they are a step away from making history for their country.
