The President of Bayern Uli Hoeness sent a personal invitation to the team to join him to have dinner in a cozy Bavarian restaurant after the exhausting training. Freihaus Brenner is a nice place located near Lake Tegernsee in a small commune in Bad Wiessee.

The team could enjoy the grill and take a little breath from everyday work in such an informal setting. 

And of course there was a traditional initiation of newcomers. Serge Gnabri and Leon Goretzka sang the song within sight of the whole team. 

And the next day the team took part in the exhibition game against semiprofessional football club Rottach-Egern. The meeting ended with a score 2:20. Can you guess who is the winner?

Bayern scored 4 hat-tricks (Robert Lewandowski, Sandro Wagner, Kingsley Coman and Maximilian Franzke) and two players netted double: Thomas Müller and James Rodriguez. Thiago Alcantara, Joshua Kimmich, Sebastian Rudy and Franck Ribery scored one goal in this match.

All proceeds from this match will be spent on the Rottach-Egern development and Bayern will return to Munich and begin preparations for the super-cup match against the Frankfurt Eintracht. The game is held on August 12, 2018 at 21 : 30 in Frankfurt.
