Every single person while growing up, has engaged in one or more sporting activities, and majority till this present day either actively or passively. I see this introduction article as a key part in getting acquainted with the Scorum platform.

My name is Christopher Kolumbus, A citizen of Nigeria, an Undergraduate in one of the top universities of technology in Nigeria(Federal University of Technology Minna), studying chemical Engineering, and I reside in Delta state.

Right from childhood, sports, especially football has always been a passion for me. I took every opportunity i got then to run to the field to engage in sports, with the belief of one day becoming a professional soccer player which all became "pipedreams".

I started watching football since the fifa world cup Korea/Japan 2002, watching the likes of Ronaldo Delima(Brazil), Samuel Eto'o ( Cameroon )e.t.c. I picked interest in track race, of which i won several medals. Lawn tennis is another sport I love, my favourite sportsmen are Roger Federer and Serena Williams.

I love to talk football, analyse football, reading sporting articles is another thing I picked interest in, and that's how I got to know about this platform from a post made by an already member @ tosyn2much in Nairaland, and I immediately picked interest. Being a sportman and a sport lover, and with the little knowledge i have about crypto currency, knowing the fact that Scorum also deals with crypto, i knew this was the right platform to express what i love doing.

I'm now a member of Scorumnigeria, the biggest community in Africa.My special shoutout goes to guys like @bjempire, @nhl, @izge, @tosyn2much, @fnemoto, @pete, @mikey @bloggersclub @ready4shine from Scorumnigeria group, and a co-host of others I couldn't mention their names.

Nonetheless, I am a rookie here and I'm willing to learn from my fellow sportmen, everything Scorum is bringing to the table.
