The game of football we are accustomed to is seeing 11 players sweating it out on the pitch, just for team honor and glory. The aim is to win a match for the team, fans and supporters worldwide.

But each sport has its moments too and football is no exception.

Below are three crazy moments in football that we might never forget

A football matched that finished with a 149-0 scoreline

This has got to be the biggest goal scoreline margin in a professional football match. The most shocking event of all is that the team that won has none of their player on the score sheet. Lol. Crazy right?.. Very I must confess.

This happened in a match between AS Adema and Stade Olympique I'Emyrne in the Madagascan league in October 2002. Each player of the stade Olympique took turns to do their own goal till the match finished. Their action was a form of protest against bad referring decisions and funny enough, the referee still made the game result stand.

The Biter on the pitch

Luis Suarez is a fantastic footballer and a legend in his own right. His ability to score and assist his top-notched but sometimes he does what football rules don't accept.

Suarez is a biter and Like hell yeah, it's for real. He didn't do this just on one occasion. He did it on three different occasions, like what the hell was he thinking of. Maybe he taught he was at home eating chicken with his family, lol.

The crazy aspect of it all is that he did his biting while playing against different teams. The lowest punishment he has ever gotten for biting was 7 match bans.

Hand users in a foot game

The game is called football and not handball, so it's expected that the feet are to be used to score in the game. Although, football rules allow only the goalkeepers to use their hands. Some players have had crazy moments where they tried to shape the outcome of games with their hands. Some were lucky while others were not so lucky.

The most famous of all is the hand of God by the late Maradona. Using his hand to divert the ball into the net as he lept off his feet to head a ball. That goal came against England in the quarter-final and Argentina would go on and win the world cup that year.

Our Notorious bad boy Suarez also makes this list. His exploits in the 2010 world cup against Ghana in the quarter-final made him his country must worship superstar. In the dying minutes of the extra time, Ghana look poised to progress to the semi-final as a shot has beaten the Uraguay goalkeeper but Suarez used his hands to stop the ball from entering the net. Of course, the incident was noticed by the officials and he was sent off the pitch while Ghana was awarded a penalty. The penalty was missed and Uruguay went on to win the penalty shoot out advancing to the semi-final of the world cup 2010.

Even everyone Angel in form of Henry once used his hand to change the outcome of a game. During the playoff qualification match between France and Ireland, he stopped a ball with his hands and controlled the ball still using his hand before laying an assist for a teammate. France got the WorldCup spot but Henry was sorry for his actions, he apologizes and even told the referee after the game that he handed the ball with his hand.
