The win against Southampton was a match that they didn't deserve to win but that's football. The result wasn't expected considering how things started. Man United trailed by two goals by the time the half time whistle went off.
Southampton controlled the match but many united of late seems to be showing a glimpse of their former self and that's is winning matching even when they are not playing their best game. The late match-winner by Cavani brought back Ferguson's memories.
The match embodies what we all love about premier league matches. The trills, the fun, heartbreaks and of course jaw-dropping goals. Ward promise trademark free-kick had earlier pushed the saints believing that they would win the match until Cavani strike in injury time.
Ole also deserves some praise for turning the game around with his timely substitutions. He removed Greenwood and threw Cavani into the game and his tactics paid off. Fernandez firstly setting the game up with his goal before Cavani scored both in the 78 minutes and 93 minutes to win the match in Man united's favor.
The result was a bit harsh given the saint performance against the red devils but in football, nothing is fair. The premier league is even worst as football matches results could be in anyone's favor regardless of how badly they play.
