Football is a team sport and the glory and fall are been shared across everyone who is associated with the club in one way or another. In clearer terms, if something good happens, everyone reaps the benefits and if it's the other way around, everyone shares the blames too. It is as simple as that.

The truth is that everyone though could share in the blames when things go wrong but more people carry a great share of the blame more than others. In the case of Arsenal football club, blaming one person will be useless in all ramifications as almost everyone has a fault or the other which contributed to how bad things have become at the club.

Arsenal has been on a downward slope for some seasons now but many failed to recognise that. Seeing the teams to represent England in the champions league and arsenal not being part feels like a glitch and a mistake but these days, it is the new normal. The Europa league has been the team new favourite competition as they have been unable to compete at the highest level due to technical shortcomings and average players have now been paraded at the club as stars.

To start with, the owner of the club should take the most blame for not being able to replace a coach who is not performing well and also, he failed to pour in money into the team for building purposes. The league is becoming tougher daily and hence the reason for a quick drastic put pour of funds to support the manager in charge.

Arteta also carry blames on his shoulder as he has missed used the little opportunity and funds been given to him this season to buy players. He has successfully bought over 7 new faces into the club and all of them as been average. Arsenal remains the team who spent the most in this transfer season, yet they have shown little to no significant improvement. Their performance has gone from bad to worst and occupying 19th after two games at the moment and their third game week is against Man City.

The Arsenal players are to be blamed also as they have failed in all ramifications to show that they deserve to be playing for a club as big as Arsenal. Most of the player's performance has been really bad and they failed to show why they are in a club like Arsenal. Although ñot all the players are bad, football is a collective effort, and all must share the blame. Even though they have continued to dish out average displays on the pitch, most of the players enjoy themselves in clubs and joke around on the training ground.

Although the fans have no part to play in this, they also share significant blame as the crime is that they are still loyal. Gunners have the best fans and them being too loyal is their issue. The club's fans of teams such as Madrid or Chelsea won't have boycotted games and asked for a change but Arsenal fans have remained calm at this moment. Arsenal ticket is the most expensive in all of Europe and yet the stadium is always being filled up every week.

This is my view on this issue and the faster it is been treated, the better for the whole Arsenal team and anyone who has a special interest in the club.
