Ac Milan went into matchday 36 of the Italian Serie A knowing that a win was all important in the race for next season's Uefa Champions League qualification. Their rivals, Napoli had been in high scoring form the day before and Milan were not going to shy out of the challenge when they took on Torino away from home.

Regardless of the fact that they were without star-man, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, AC Milan put on a good show and went ahead in the 19th minute of the fixture thanks to Theo Hernandez's effort. Frank Kessie converted a penalty kick 7 minutes later and The Rassoneri were able to hold the lead till half time.

The second half of the game was to be no different from the first which saw Milan dominating in every aspect of the game. A brilliant goal from Brahim Diaz and a second for Theo Hernandez put Milan 4 goals ahead and just when you thought it was over, Ante Rebic struck with brilliance. The Croatian got a hat trick in 12 minutes to seal the win. His goals in the 67th, 72nd and 79th minutes were enough to seal a memorable away performance for Stefano Piolo's men.

0-7 was the final scoreline in favour of Milan and quite a huge statement to fellow competitors indeed. It'll be fun to see how the race for Champions league places comes to an end.
