For the past few weeks, a very good run of form, has been maintained. Even after the humiliation and elimination from the Uefa Champions league a few weeks back, Barca has still maintained that positive spirit and kept fighting hard in all other competitions which they still find themselves.

Of course, at the driver's seat of these wonderful performances has always been Lionel Messi but one significant change that one just can't help but notice is the fact that he isn't doing all the work himself anymore. Unlike a few months back when the team just seemed so worn out and lacking in talent, Barça now seem to be fired up and always ready to make comebacks whenever necessary.

Their 1-6 win over Real Sociedad last weekend saw the youngsters display so much talent that the fans once again now believe that they are very capable of taking this team back to their glory days. Sergino Dest, Ousmane Dembele, Riqui Puig, Pedri, Todibo and of course Ansu Fati are some names that still have a lot to offer if you ask me. Alex Collado is expected to be promoted into the Barca first team by next season and anyone who's seen him play at Barça B would certainly agree that he's good and deserves a shot at glory in the higher division.

The team looks strong and Kudos to the manager, Ronald Koeman for how much he's done so far. It's starting to look like Barça's play doesn't totally revolve around Messi anymore. As a fan, one can only hope they keep on impressing and bringing more thrills to the wonderful game of football.
