We watched Manchester City two weeks ago before the International break lose to Wolves 2-0 with a sense of knowing something like that might happen and also a lot of surprise. We always knew that Wolves were a very dangerous side and could inflict damage, and they had a good record against top 6 teams. But I don't think anyone in the whole world expected Man City to lose and not just lose but by two goals. And also to lose at the Etihad, considering the current form Liverpool are on.

.....................

We expected them to keep the pressure on Liverpool and if Liverpool dropped points they would be there to pounce. But with Man City's form, having lost 2 or their first 8 games and drawn one, we can begin to ask the question "Have Man City lost their edge and bite?" Their record so far this season is not the stuff of Champions, and this was definitely not what we expected from the Almighty Manchester City. We can now begin to question the team to find out exactly the problem is.

....................

Are their attackers slowly losing their teeth, are Aguero, Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling not as fearsome as they used to be? Or is their midfield no longer a terror to other teams. Have David Silva, Bernardo Silva and the likes all gone to sleep and lost their footing? Or have their defence taken their foot off the gas and are allowing EPL strikers have a field day against them? Or is that the shield Fernandinho has finally been broken? Or could it even be that their goalkeeper is not the fearsome force he used to be? Or maybe, just maybe Pep Guardiola has lost his touch and other managers can now predict his moves accurately.

......................

But then again, it could be nothing and the team could end up winning the league at the end of the day. What do you think, is there a problem for Man City or its absolutely nothing to worry about?
