Tottenham and Manchester United are two teams that have had dwindling fortunes this season. Both have had a lot of ups and downs and are currently sitting in positions they are currently not happy with on the table.
....................................
Tottenham were a team that hoped for much this season after getting to the finals of the Champions League last season, but it was not to be as they started poorly. This led to the sack of their manager Mauricio Pochettino, and the appointment of Jose Mourinho. The appointment of Mourinho brought hope for many Tottenham fans that he would bring stability to the club as he had done to many he had previously managed. But the same story was not to repeat itself as Tottenham are still lacking form and consistent, winning one match and losing the next.

Manchester United on the other hand cane into the season hoping for a level of stability. This was following the acquisition of Harry Maguire for 80 million pounds, making him the most expensive defender. But right now it is safe to say that he has not repayed that price tag. Their defence have been lacking on so many occasions and they have dazzled to disappoint. They also have shown massive inconsistency, winning or drawing against the big teams and losing to the small ones.

These two teams have largely had a bad season, but I don't know who to give the award of flop to.
