In football every manager has his own approach to the game but none of them have taken the last preparation lightly

You started off by jugging 1 or 2 rounds then after you come in a square all the squad, every coach try to put the player in happy and great mood so they make a program which seems like joke and at the same time little intense and it's very good for warm up, like getting two players to chase the rest with the bibs or ball,after a minute you change the players ,it's fun and good because everyone will be all smiling and warmed up which is very good to be in game spirit

After this you stretch your muscles and go for the most important part of the preparation and it's getting the legs ready.

Jugging

You go on some foot works on the ladder to keep the leg burning and strong, some little sprinting maybe 4 to 5 times after this you go into quadrat games 5v2
