Manchester United in recent times has been struggling with scoring and evident in Martial looking for a goal after a while and Fernandes, their consistent scorer after five games.

Manchester United though second but hasn't won a game in their last three fixtures ahead of the Southampton game which included a surprising defeat to Table bottom settlers/strugglers; Sheffield united 2:1. Another proof for their poor scoring ability is the fact that the highest Goalscorer of the team is Fernandes with 12 Premier league goals.

The Saints on the other hand are good but known for considering numerous goals in their bad days which reminds me of Leicester 9-0 thrashing last season and consistent Man. City 6-0 cleaning and now Man. United finally booked a space with another 9-0 thrashing.

Man United aren't early scorers as most goals scored by the team comes later in the game but The Saints Young (19 years) Debutants; Alexander Jankewitz caused an early havoc with a red card in less than 2mins to the game this killed their morale yet they pulled stunt playing well as they still had some clear chances though blown Wide.

Unexpectedly, Aaron Wan Bissaka scored his second for the season at the 18th minute and the morale destruction occurred at the 35th minutes when the Saints best defender of the season; Bednarek tried clearing a ball but it landed into his own net.

Bednarek went further to receive red card for a harsh tackle at the 86' that further exposed the team to concede 3 more Goals.

The Saints manager aren't happy as this brought to his memory the lose at home to Leicester last season but I hope the team recovers from this easily.

The first Red card was too early and exposed the midfield thereby the saints conceding 4 goals up in the first half, coming in to the second half, they tried their best to hold on but there came another red card in about 3' to the end if stoppage time.

It was a bad experience for Southampton though
