Unfortunately, I have to open this article mentioning the tragedy of Leicester just after the match between Leicester City and West Ham on Saturday night. Five people, including the home club owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, lost their lives following a crash with the presidential helicopter. My condolences go out to all the family of these five souls, torn from the earth too soon.

Despite the tragedy, the Premier League has played with relative controversy over the missed suspension on social media. Chelsea and Liverpool were expected by simple games and in fact, they did not have problems by trimming 4 goals each to their opponents. The difficult match was expected for the boys of Pep Guardiola in the evening postponement of Monday night that they had to go and play in the Spurs field. When we talk about dreams we are talking about Alaves who manages to win at home against Villareal and continues his race towards the Champions League keeping the second position firmly. The nightmare, instead, is of Real Madrid that after the resounding defeat in the Clasico for 5 to 1 arrives at 5 losses in the last 7 games with a draw and a victory suffered at home against the Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League. Draw without goals between Ath. Bilbao and Valencia and victory at Ath. Madrid against Real Sociedad. The Barcelona ends the day at the top of the leaderboard at 21 points, 1 point away from the second Alaves, but above all with the feeling of having no rivals in this Liga 2018/2019.
Serie A
The day begins with an advance between Empoli and Juventus. A simple match on the card for the bianconeri. Juve, however, underestimates the opponents and finds himself at a disadvantage and is only thanks to a penalty converted by Ronaldo and a subsequent magic with a very powerful shot of the same CR7 that manages to win. The second-placed Napoli is forced to win but plays against a fierce Roma and only tears a draw. Milan won a match fought against Sampdoria for 3-2 with an excellent Cutrone and Inter dominated the Rome Olympics against Lazio by winning 3 - 0 with a double by Icardi. Juve dominate the leadeboard with 6 points ahead of the second Napoli and Inter. The fight for the Champions League is open with many teams in a few points.
