At the end of January, presidential elections will be held in FC Barcelona. True to tradition, the various candidates bring transfer goals up in the election campaign to lure the voters' vote onto them. According to the media, three of the candidates have declared Erling Braut Håland as their big transfer goal.

The three unnamed candidates have reportedly already been in contact with the player's agent Mino Raiola. The agent should also have already told how the various candidates can secure Barca the Norwegian striker. In total, the price for Håland will land at more than £98 Million.

20-year-old Haland took to the European football scene in earnest in the autumn of 2019, where he scored 28 goals for Austrian RB Salzburg in 22 matches. After that, German Borussia Dortmund picked up the striker, and for the Germans, Haland has since scored 33 times in 32 matches. Haland's current Dortmund contract runs until the summer of 2024.
