Tottenham Hotspur are targeting Angel di Maria who is close to become a Free Agent to strengthen their attacking. Tottenham made contact with Di Maria about signing a free contract as his contract with Paris Saint Germain is set to expire in the summer.

This season, Di Maria is showing a good performance playing In 22 games this season and he has 4 goals and 10 assists. the newly signed Coach Pochettino has made him a key player in his team, Di Maria started in all games since coach Mauricio Pochettino took over.

Paris Saint Germain made an offer to Di Maria last season to renew his contract but it was rejected by Di Maria because he didn't want his wage to be reduced, if Paris Saint-Germain is not making a new offer to Di Maria he will leave the team at the end of the season as a Free agent.
