ITALY GETS THEIR HANDS ON THE EURO TITLE

England started the final with a 3-4-2-1 formation while Italy went with a 4-3-3 formation .

The match started off with so much enthusiasm with a poor play from Harry Maguire costing them a corner Which was swept in by Lorenzo Insigne same Maguire made the clearance which resulted in a counter-attack for the three lions,Kieran trippier made a good cross from the right flank to the left which was placed at the back of the net with a left-footed shot from Luke Shaw which went past Donnarumma to give England the lead and the hopes of football coming home

Luke Shaw has scored the fastest goal in an European final .

Italy tried to create something in the 4th minutes of the game Nico Barella chipped the ball into the England box which was cleared by Harry Maguire.

Italy took control of the game right from there and in the 9th minutes the rain started which made conditions difficult for the players.

The game has been really one-sided with Italy having 62% with England's 38% in the dying minutes of the first half Veratti directed a shot on target which was saved by Pickford.

The second half Is on the way and Nico Barella got a yellow card for a charge on the England forward Harry Kane from behind in the 47th minutes .

in the 54th minutes Nicolo Barella and Ciro immobile were replaced by Bryan Cristante and Domenico Berardi respectively ,a minute later Bonucci committed a foul and was booked for a rough challenge on Raheem Sterling.

Bryan Cristante played in a great corner in the 67th minutes which saw Veratti ball hit the bar from an header which was later slotted in from a very close range by the great Italian defender Leonardo Bonucci to give Italy an equalizer .

In the 83rd minutes it doesn't look good for Federico Chiesa as he is injured and taken out to receive some treatments which he was later taken off in the 86th minutes for Federico Bernardeschi .

Insigne was booked in the 84th minutes after he tripped Kevin Phillips

In the dying minutes of the match the Azzuri captain doesn't have any option than make a tactical foul to stop a counter attack from Bukayo Saka the game soon came to an end and went on to the extra-time

The final whistle was blown after 120th minutes in which both sides wasn't able to break through which saw Harry Maguire and Jorginho entering the book.

Penalty:

Berardi placed the first penalty into the back of the net with his left foot sending Pickford to the wrong direction

Harry Kane also converted his penalty with a right footed shot which Donnarumma almost saved.

Andreas Belotti misses his penalty which was parried by Pickford

Bonucci slotted home his penalty with his right foot which was almost saved again by Pickford

Marcus Rashford misses the penalty as his right footed shot hits the post

Jason Sancho lost his penalty After Donnarumma parried the ball and made his second penalty save of the night

One of the best penalty taker Jorginho also saw his penalty parried by the England stopper

Bukayo Saka took the last penalty but the shot was parried once again by Donnarumma to make an Hatrick save and give Italy their well deserved Victory over England .
