Chelsea, Alvaro Morata, praised his new partner, Matteo Kovacic. According to him, the Croatian midfielder has great abilities.

"He is a good midfielder with a ball and is very skilled. He can dismantle the defensive line with quality, score goals and have strength at his feet," Morata said as quoted by Sports Mole.

Now, Morata returns to meet Kovacic. The 25-year-old striker also wants to help Kovacic adapt to Chelsea.

"I always try to help new players adapt. I remember when I first joined, my teammates helped. Now it's my turn," Morata said.

Furthermore, Morata feels Kovacic is the player Chelsea needs. The reason is, Kovavic has quality in terms of attacks.

"With him, we will win a lot of possession and he has the ability to take the ball to the opponent's penalty box and pass to the striker. He's a very good player, which is very important for us because we need top players," Morata said.
