This may be coming as a pretty new to many Chelsea fans out there whose love for the Bridge star man has no boundaries about him not going to Real Madrid next summer. I wish this could be true but for Hazard to stay more at Chelsea but we should also have the heart to let him go and pursue his football dream else where after contributing his best for the club since 2012.
Well, it is not linger new that the ethics committee of FIFA on transfer regulation found the club wanting in breaching many under age players numbering about 29 but the club still have few option left if they can proceed to the court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to grant them interim injunction to allow to make some transfer or get new players until the completion of the appeal process and if this is not done, then Chelsea will be forced to sit out from the summer transfer window and the next January.
With FIFA having declined an official request from Chelsea to keep pending the transfer band handed to them, FIFA is really going to hamper Chelsea of leaving Eden Hazard move to the Spanish capital club with no option of bringing in a replacement for him. So, the dilemma for Chelsea here is to allow Hazard move to his dream club or let him go as free transfer next season. This must be a very tough decision to make before the Chelsea board.

This can come in if he will allow an extension of his contract with Chelsea till all these is sorted out. It has once happened to Atletico Madrid in Spain when the same punishment was melted on them and some of their key player who wanted a transfer had to stay back for the love of the club. I thing Hazard can still pull the stings too if he wants.
