Chelsea football club no doubt has been known over the years to have this program of signing youth players into their academic with most of these kids going on loan to different clubs in Europe where they spend their football time developing to big players. In fact statistics has it that Chelsea has the highest numbers of players on loan in Europe.
Many of such players have come up the ranks in Chelsea loan program without getting the opportunity to play for their parent club and had to part ways with the club to continue their football dreams elsewhere.
On this note Chelsea wonder kid Hudson Odoi who has proven to be future asset in Chelsea has used every opportunity to show Chelsea board why he should start being used in the line up. I admit that the club is a big one and that players must find it difficult to replace the big boys why trying hard to get playing time but the club to a reasonable extent has being unfair to some of our talents over the years.
Transfer
Bayern Munich; the Bundesliga champions has indicated interest in getting the kid to Germany after showing willingness to increase their offer for the kid in coming days but Chelsea has being adamant to their offers.

Hudson-Odoi a bid to push himself through has handed his parent club a transfer request to facilitate his move and to convince Chelsea to let him go. Maurizi Sarri had argue that Hudson-Odoi’s development is very paramount and that he would want him to do that with premier league club which he has been part of for 8 years now.
Chelsea had done their bid to commit him to a new contract worth about $75, 000$ a week until the year 2020 and their fans were reported have been chanting ‘’Hudson-Odoi, we want you’’
Hudson-Odoi has started two Europa league matches foe Chelsea while coming in as a substitute in two other matches. Likewise he has started Carabao Cup and FA cup on different occasions but want left on the bench in Chelsea win over Tottenham in the Carabao cup during the mid week
With just 4 days for the January transfer window to come to a close, we are looking forward to see if Bayern Munich will bring a tempting offer to Chelsea as well as how Chelsea will handle Hudson-Odoi’s request to be the latest young kid to leave the premier league.
As for me, l would like the see the kid stay at Chelsea and mature to a big player in the Chelsea first 11. We gave seen most of our young talents like Ake, Salah, De Bruyne all leaving to become world stars and l think Hudson-Odoi is another one of them going by his foot work on the pitch so far.
