Conte is likely to be our manager in the coming days, those who are interested in reading what this man has in store for us, do read -

Conte is perfect for this Real Madrid team. I am sure he'll show early results once he is here(if). To start, he'll play with a 3 man defence and wingbacks. We may see Casemiro as a CB and Marcelo, Carvajal/ordiozola as wingbacks.

This may bring the best out of our fullbacks and at the same time will limit their defensive responsibilities. Coming to Casemiro, his weaknesses won't be exposed as long as he plays as a CB under Conte.

Coming to the attack, Conte prefers to play inside forwards, Isco and Bale may do wonders in this set up. They'll start from the wings and will move inwards as the game progresses. Full backs overloading the opponent's final third will lead to more clear cut chances.

Conte is excellent when it comes to off the pitch as well. He has zero tolerance for players who don't meet his demands. David Luiz last year was apparently making fun of his tactics and he did not play a single minute the entire season after the incident.

Conte's also very demanding of the board, last year at Chelsea he had asked for Naingolin, Alex Sandro and Morata. Chelsea eventually signed Morata. According to reports he has asked for certain players to be signed.

•CONTE'S PROBLEM

The problem will be the striker, Conte's tactics relies on a focal point and we don't have anyone capable of playing that role. Last season in Chelsea he did show that he can get the team going even if he does not have players that fit his requirement. I am sure he'll do fine and sign someone once the winter window opens.

The biggest problem with Conte is also his system. It is undoubtedly a tactical masterpiece, when executed to perfection will bring any top team to their knees. However when this is applied to a team which is looking to win every tournament, every season, it fails. The simple reason being it is way too physically demanding. It happened at Juventus, and it happened at Chelsea. When Chelsea won the league, they were not involved in any European tournament and the system flourished. The very next year when they were playing UCL, the added playing minutes took a massive physical toll on the players and they underperformed, thus failing the system.
