Those who want to think negatively will think negatively, no amount of proof (sadly) will change their mind.

Real Madrid and Barcelona have both lost 5 points each and we sit at the top of the table. Barca leading by goal difference, which at the end of the season does not even matter because the league only considers head to head goal difference, not the overall goal difference.

Real Madrid lost points to Athletic Club and Sevilla AWAY. Two of the toughest places to visit in the Primera Division.

Barcelona lost points to Girona at home, and Leganes away. Two fixtures they were supposed to easily win.

If anything, Madrid fans should be glad it went this way. If Barcelona won against those teams, we'd have a 5 point gap already. Right now, we don't. AND, we've beaten Girona at home, and probably will beat Leganes as well. Barcelona however, are yet to face a tough opposition in the league. They are yet to make trips to San Mames and Pizjuan.

The loss to Sevilla was humiliating, but wasn't unexpected. At the end of the day, three points are three points. Nothing more nothing less. We didn't lose more than three points just because Sevilla annihilated us in that first half.

Historically speaking, Real Madrid have always lost the game right after FIFA Best awards.

Sevilla seems to be spoiling the party for us, As you can we met them after the Ceremonial Event and we have failed to win the meetings and the tie mostly as been in the Ramon Sanchez pizjuan.

We aren't in some sort of crisis at the moment. This was expected in a way We've lost five of the last six league games at the Pizjuan. Just not this badly. We can gather ourselves up from this, but a win against Atletico is more important than ever. We NEED to beat our cross town rivals on Saturday.

Hala Madrid Always, Stay Calm Fans
