Diego Maradona might have been one of the greatest players in football history but his life after that turned into some kind of a joke. Since 1994, he has managed a couple of clubs including Mandiyu de Corrientes, Racing, Al Wasl and Fujairah. None of those spells ended with any sort of success. He guided the Argentina national team for two years but his tenure ended with an embarrassing 0-4 defeat from Germany at the World Cup 2010. He struggled with health issues, drugs and alcohol abuse. He was named FIFA ambassador in Russia by was fired following his abusive gestures during the match against Nigeria. It seemed liked it could not get any worse but it did.

The next day after the World Cup final Diego Maradona arrived in Belarus and became the chairman of a local club Dinamo Brest that won Belarusian Cup last year. It is certainly a strong marketing attempt from the club but Diego Maradona will surely attract more mockery from football fans around the world
