Ex-English international John Terry has made a return back to Stamford Bridge.
John Terry would be taking up a role as their coaching consultant. These are roles usually taken up by individuals aspiring for managerial positions as well.
In other words, we could be seeing John Terry as the next Chelsea manager shortly.

The English international began his coaching journey a few months after leaving Chelsea in 2017. Ever since then, he has worked under Aston Villa boss Dean Smith.
For the time being, John Terry would continue in his consultancy duties with Chelsea. As this would serve as a ground floor to pursue his managerial ambitions.
