There are so many records on ground to be rewritten by the Reds this season but the one that will interest many football lovers and their fans in particular will be going all the season without losing a single game. Although, if it finally happens, they will became the second team in the league to do so after Arsenal in the modern day football. Arsenal under Arsene Wenger in 2004 go all the season without loosing a league game which looks like it is going to take another century to happen again but looking at the way Liverpool is approaching every game this season, one can easily conclude that they will became the next invincible team in the history of the league but what makes many people to think that the English Premier League is the most competitive one is how a team from the bottom of the league can shock a team in the top spot, so until the league comes to an end, the league is unpredictable.

Liverpool are 13 points ahead in the league and it seems other team has already give up in the race and are now focusing on making the top 4, the team are looking stronger week in week out under their manager Jurgen Klopp. After reaching the final of the UEFA champions league last season and defeating Tottenham to lift the trophy, everyone is already anticipating a tougher season ahead with the team and this we can see in their performance so far with the manager also winning the Barclays manager of the month for the month of August, September, November and was also shortlist for the December award. This current Liverpool team is not really far from the Arsenal team that do the invincible in the 2003/2004 season and as it stand now, Liverpool only need 12 more win to make the record set by the Gunners by going 49 games unbeaten. The Reds are unbeaten in their last 37 games and if they are going to equal that records, they still have Manchester city to pass through come April.

The last time the team lost a league game is dated back to January against Manchester City meaning they have now gone one year without loosing a game in the league moving closer to 537 days set by Arsenal. Liverpool still have to the rest of this season to equal the record if the win all their remaining matches in the league and may also go on to supersede the record for most points set by Manchester City on 100 points. With little arithmetic, with one draw and 3 lost in their remaining 18 matches, they can also achieve that feet. Doing the invincible is what they can actually do because they don't look like a team that is ready to drop point with the collections of players in the team. Any team that will face Liverpool this season with have to work hard in their defense line with players like Sadio Mane, Salah and Firmino leading the attack and players like Arnold and Robertson also boosting the attacking force from the right and left back, other clubs will have to spend so minutes at the drawing board to put an end to their unbeaten run.
