It has been awhile now since i dropped a moan day post, it has always been hectic with academics work but it is good to be back again to be encouraging football managers, players, club and many other sport enthusiast about the fall they experienced during the week and how to get back to their feet. This moan day post will be centered on Manchester United who lost to Arsenal recently, although it is a game of 50/50 chance between both club and with Arsenal just securing the services of Mikel Arteta who lost is first game to Chelsea, it is a must win for the Gunners. Talking about clubs that has parted with their manager who started the season with them, Arsenal Football Club is not an exception as they had to part way with Unai Emery and their former player who was there as an interim coach and finally Mikel Arteta was brought in to fill the gap.

Despite the fact that both teams have the chance of winning, it was Manchester United that was tipped by many football fans and Pundit to win that encounter or at least settle for a draw due to the way the side has rejuvenated recently under their manager Ole Solskjaer and the scoring form of Rashford and Martial in the United attack but surprisingly Mikel Arteta come out with a strong XI featuring Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, Mesut Ozil and Nicolas Pepe with former captain Xhaka also included in the line up. Ozil in particular has played fewer games this season with Unai Emery dropping the German man to the bench but he shows to the new manager what the team has been lacking in the midfield with the manager congratulating him with a hug after the game.

With both teams coming out of the tunnel, everybody is fully aware that it is going to be a cracker between the two sides and immediately the Referee blow the kick off whistle, Manchester United doesn't play like the team that defeated Manchester City as the pressure continue to come from the Gunners and just 8 minutes into the game, Pepe who joined the Gunners on record signing put them ahead to increase his goal tally to 3 goals in the league, there was a great play from the left flank from Kolasinac which found the Ivory Coast winger before side footed it into the net and he would have double the lead some minutes later as Shaw couldn't do anything to stop him down the flank, his shot hit the woodwork after United goal keeper de Gea made a clearance from Lacazette shot. Both Torreira and Lacazette had the chance also to increase Arsenal lead but their effort didn't bring a positive result. United were toothless in the midfield and had to make sure Arsenal score another goal but they couldn't hold the pressure as the scoreline changes to 2-0 before the first 45 minutes when Ozil delivered a brilliant corner that was converted by Sokratis.

United tries to come back into the game in the second half but they couldn't control the game in the midfield with the absence of Pogba in the team and a disappointing injury of Scott McTominay is a big blow to the team, they were outplay in the midfield. It was such a good result for Arsenal side who last recorded a win at home dated back to October 6 in the league and with that display against United, one can easy say the team look promising under their former player but there is still load of work for him to do.

Word Of Encouragement For The Whole United Team

This is a game of football where you win some, lose some and draw some, so they shouldn't allow that defeat to bring them down, they have show a good spirit against the likes of Tottenham and Manchester City, winning both clubs back to back and it is such a good one for them. Let me quickly take the back to what Bobby Knight says that

The key is not the will to win… everybody has that. It is the will to prepare to win that is important.

So the team should always prepare to win.
