Eden Hazard will stay at Stamford Bridge for few more years. According to Express, Belg will soon sign a new long-term contract with Chelsea. The 27-year-old midfielder for the new contract will earn £300,000 a week.
After the successful world championship, Belgian became the transfer target of Real Madrid. The midfielder did not hide his desire to go to the Champions League triumpher, but in the summer he did not change his environment. He stayed at Stamford Bridge and can stay that way for years to come.
As reported by Express, the 27-year-old midfielder will sign a new long-term contract with Chelsea. He will earn £300,000 a week. Compared to the current contract, he would receive a raise of £100,000 a week and he would become the third best paid player in the Premier League.
The midfielder said that whether he will stay or leave he will be happy.
Such a raise in his salary may tempt Eden. Hazard is one of Maurizio Sarri's favorite players. Only in the English league in eight games he scored seven goals. Leaving of such a key player would be a huge loss for The Blues.
