Chelsea's home match on the 20th Oct against Manchester United was a match eagerly anticipated for different reasons, for some fans, it could be Mourinho's last match for United if he loses, for some others, Stamford bridge was Mourinho's ground and he won 3 premiership titles with the blues and for others maybe its just the old rivalry between London clubs and Manchester counterpart. The match did not lack in goals, excitement and drama as it ended in 2 all draw.

It was a tensed match in which Chelsea had the larger possession of the ball and rightly took the lead, it looks like another bad day at the office for Mourinho and his boys, the half ended that way, but on the resumption of play in the second half Mourinho and united fortunes changed with 2 well taking goals to lead and it seems Mourinho is going to have one over his former employers as the match entered deep into the stoppage time (90 + 6)mins, that was when the drama unfolded, Chelsea grabbed an equalizer, out of no where, a Chelsea assistant coach Marco Ianni jumped unto the pitch with a wild celebration across and in front of an obviously disgruntled Mourinho, an attempt to wind the United manager up, Mourinho couldn't hold back his disapproval of Ianni, jumped out of his seat charged and chased him into the Chelsea tunnel, it took the intervention of the stewards and other officials to put Mourinho at bay.

Iannis action is completely unacceptable under the English premiership rules, and he action was condemned by both Chelsea and English FA. Ianni has the right to display his emotion as much as it is in accordance with the FA rules and guidelines, Ianni was later charged with improper conduct by the FA.

And to you mr Mourinho, why always you in Mario Baloteli's words, your touchline altercation with other coaches is one too many, if it wasn't with Arsene Wenger, it was with Antonio Conte, not to forget Rafa Benitez, the names keep coming.

My advise is for both the culprit of this drama Marco Ianni and the provoked Jose Mourinho;

Jose! "...you are in control of your life when you refuse to be provoke"... Lailah Akita
Ianni! "your pain may be the reason for somebody's laugh, but your laugh must never be the reason for somebody's pain"...Charlie Chapman
