So here is the list of every country's Best clubs. Some of this might be controversial. I have selected clubs that have better performance at both domestic and European levels. The condition for selection is that they must be currently playing in the top-flight league. The teams are majorly accounted for European success but must have equally good performance in the domestic league.
Klubi i Futbollit Tirana is an Albanian football club based in the country's capital city, Tirana. It is the most successful club in Albania with winning Albanian Superliga a record 27 times, Albanian cup 16 times, and Albanian Supercup 11 times achieving domestic double 3 times. They are also the most successful time in Albania on the European stage, having progressed from the first rounds on 11 occasions since making their European debut in the 1965–66 European Cup. They reached Round of 16 in European Competitions four times, three such in the European Cup alone in the 1980s. The club also holds the record of being the highest-ever ranking Albanian club according to IFFHS, having been ranked 31st in the world in 1987.
They were the first-ever winners of Albanian Superliga back in 1930 and since have been dominating the Albanian league. The only strong oppositions are Dinamo Tirana and FK Partizani. They have participated in all the top tier national championships since their formation except for the year 2016-2017 when they finished 9th place and were relegated to the second tier. But the aced their way back to the top league the immediate year and have finished in 2nd place in the 2018-2019 season. Although they have been dominating the Superliga, they haven't won the title since the 08-09 season. This season was to be their redemption as they were on the top of the table with 9 points clear.
FC Santa Coloma
FC Santa Coloma is the most successful team with thirteen titles. It is also the most successful team in the Copa Constitució, winning it ten times. FC Santa Coloma has two unique achievements for an Andorran team in European competitions, never repeated so far by any Andorran team: it is the only team from Andorra to win a match in any European competition and the only team that did not concede a goal in a match in a European competition. This club has been playing European football for the past 18 years competing in either Champions League or Europa League, missing out only on 3 occasions(2003, 2005, 2006).

Qarabağ Futbol Klubu is the most successful Club in Azerbaijan in terms of European competition. It is still a top team in Azerbaijan League only second to Neftchi Baku with 7 titles as compared to their 8. Pre-USSR disintegration, Qarabag won 2 Azerbaijan SSR league and 1 Azerbaijan SSR Cup. In Recent Times they have won 7 League titles, 6 Cups, and 1 Supercup. Qarabağ is one of the two teams in Azerbaijan, along with Neftchi Baku which has participated in all Azerbaijan Premier League championships so far. Qarabağ became the second Azerbaijani team to advance to the group stage of a European competition, making its first of three consecutive seasons in the UEFA Europa League group stages. It is also the first Azerbaijani team to advance to the group stage of the higher UEFA Champions League.
SK Rapid Wein
Sportklub Rapid Wien is the most successful club in Austria. They have won a record 32 Austrian Championships, 14 Austrian cups being the second only to be beaten by their neighbors, FK Austria Wein but maintaining a 100% win rate in the finals by winning each of the 14 games. They also have won the German Championship(now renamed as Bundesliga) and DFB Pokal cup and they are the only Austrian club to win this.
Rapid reached its first European final in 1985, losing 3–1 in the Cup Winners' Cup Final to Everton in Rotterdam. Eleven years later, in the same tournament's final in Brussels, Rapid lost 1–0 to Paris Saint-Germain. Rapid's best performance in the European Cup came in the 1960–61 season when they reached the semi-final before being eliminated by eventual winners Benfica, 4–1 on aggregate. In recent years, Rapid hasn't won any cups, their last piece of silverware was from 2008-2009 when they were crowned as the champions of Austria. They were the first-ever winners of the Austrian Championship back in 1911. 2015 mark the last season when they were in the top 2.
Football Club Pyunik Yerevan is the most successful club in Armenia with winning 14 League titles and a total of 31 domestic titles, by far the most by any team in Armenia. Pyunik's domestic success usually qualifies the team for UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds. Their only continental achievement is a bronze place finish in the 2006 Commonwealth of Independent States Cup. they last won the premier league back in 2014-15 season but they always finish in the top 3 every season.
