Culmination of hard-work, perseverance, smart management and good vibe catapulted the Norwich City Football Club back to the top flight - English Premier League (EPL) - one more time. I am looking forward to it recognizing the fact that it takes a lot of hard-work to remain relevant in the top football league of the world.

There are silver linings.

Daniel Farke has been outstanding for the club. He is shrewd, technical and pragmatic. Accepting the fact that we cannot go all-gun-blazing right from the start could be a right approach. Having said that, I don't know how Farke will strategise. But, I believe in him.

The team has been outstanding in committing to the cause. It is always tough to transition from the Championship to the top flight. But, hey, nothing is easy. Our young team with Pukki, Aaron, Hernandez have been prolific and restricting. They have the pace and physicality required for the league.

Outstanding goal scoring form they showed last season propelled them here. Maintaining that goal-scoring form would be a challenge against the world's best teams. They can learn from what Wolves did last season. I hope Pukki still carries that goal-scoring form and our mid-fielders can chime-in with their ball-poking and bashing abilities.

Pre-season friendlies have been a mix-bag for the team. They showed strength in scoring goals but also faltered under pressure and were thrashed by other teams. Hope the manager is well-aware of what to change and how to address the problems.

Okay, the season opener against Liverpool. I am optimistically cautious of the fact that we can contain Liverpool early in the season. It will be a huge morale boost if we can win or even draw against the mighty Liverpool. Looking at the history of Liverpool, they always have been vulnerable with the minnows and shared points and gone on to win games against the big five.

I will not be too much concerned about the result of the game. It's time to celebrate the return of the "Yellow Army" back to the top flight.

Fasten your seat belt.
