The Belgian is named in Real Madrid's first LaLiga squad of the season and could make his debut against Getafe

The Belgian goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, is named in Julen Lopetegui's Real Madrid squad for the LaLiga opener against Getafe. This means that Courtois could make his debut this evening but fellow new signing, Alvaro Odriozola, is still out injured and he's joined on the sidelines by Jesus Vallejo.

The squad actually includes all three goalkeepers - Keylor Navas, Courtois and Kiko Casilla - but one will be discarded before the match. Casilla is still looking for a new club.

Luca Zidane, Lunin, Fede Valverde, Marcos Llorente and Raul Tomas all fail to make the initial squad list. Jesus Vallego is out injured and Odriozola is once again not fit enough to be selected either, so his debut will have to wait a little longer.

The full squad list is as follows: Keylor Navas, Courtois, Casilla, Carvajal, Varane, Sergio Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo, Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Ceballos, Isco, Marco Asensio, Lucas Vázquez, Vinicius, Bale, Benzema and Borja Mayoral.
