After 23 years of incredible and memories filled career, former England international and Chelsea legend, John Terry has officially announced his retirement from football.

The former Chelsea legend, announced his retirement via Twitter. He was at Aston Villa last season, and decided to call it quits from there.

Speculations were rift about his possible move to a new club and one in Russia before calling off the deal.

He is considered Chelsea's ever best defender and captain and an international defender of repute for the England National team.

An impressive run.

He won 78 caps for England as captain of England, won countless trophies including, Premier league five times, One champions league, Four FA cup and One Europa league.

What next?

Terry is presently working on getting his coaching badge as he is planning on going coaching full time and I believe he will do well.

An excited Terry, thanked his family, wife and children for being by his side all these years.
