The start of a new season.. Feyenoord is starting with the Dutch Super Cup againt EREDIVISIE Winner PSV. After 90 minutes Feyenoord wins with a penaltyshootout and they having the first price of the season!

After last weeks 0-4 disaster against AS Trencin trying to reach the Europe League FEYENOORD plays the first competition game away against promodus De Graafschap... again it ends with a lose!!

CLASIE:

"I do not know," Clasie said to FOX Sports. 'We had agreed to play more compact, but we did not show our best game by far. On Thursday, it was suspended, we were too far apart.

In the second half we got a bit more confidence and opportunity in a phase. But actually you can not have a good word for this if you lose 2-0.

Fabian Serrarens opened the score in the 31st minute. Stef Nijland doubled the lead of the home team far in injury time. Feyenoord then stood with nine men on the field. Eric Botteghin received a second yellow card after 67 minutes, making it 0 - 1 on 7 minutes. Jean-Paul Boëtius even caught two yellow cards in the eightieth minute of referee Pol van Boekel. First for a violation, then because he applauded the arbiter demonstratively.

"HEAVY BELOW THE STANDARD"

Coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst speaks of "a very difficult week" and "trust that is less" in his team. "On Thursday (4-0 defeat against Trencin in the Europa League, ed.) It was hard to beat, you try and expect to be better on the field today, but I think we did not."

The fact that Feyenoord plays without confidence is remarkable, since a week ago the Johan Cruijff Schaal was won and five of the basic players in Doetinchem were not on the side against AS Trencín on Thursday.

"Trust can leave very quickly in football," says Van Bronckhorst. "Even the players who were not there on Thursday lost, they feel that way, because we are one team, which they might take to this race."

Thursday is the homegame against AS Trencin..Will feyenoord makes up the 4-0 deficit? Or will Feyenoord fail again?

we will see it this week.. to be continued!
