In the summer of 2019, Eden Hazard left Chelsea for Real Madrid. Since then, things have not quite gone as the Belgian had hoped. The injury problem has been a painful headache as the winger had a hard time reaching the levels he showed during his years at Chelsea (2012-2019). Therefore, his future with the "meringues" has been questioned.

Now Spanish AS reports that Real Madrid has offered Chelsea to buy back the Belgian – which they recruited for just over 100 million euros. Price tag: Around 60 million euros. However, the newspaper sees a deal as less likely given the price and what Chelsea needs.

During his previous stay at Chelsea, Hazard scored 110 goals and 92 assists in 352 games.
