Leicester City host Manchester United in a winner-takes-all, final-day showdown for Champions league football. The foxes are just one point behind fourth-placed Chelsea and third-placed Manchester United, meaning all three teams are battling it out on the final day for the available 2 spots. Chelsea are hosting Wolves the same afternoon.
A draw between United and Leicester might take both these teams into 3rd and 4th spot, if Chelsea draw or lose to Wolves. Wolves are battling it out with Spurs for a Europa league qualification spot. Literally, everything is at stake on Sunday as it will affect where the teams might play next season, and everyone want's to play in Europe's top competition.
Entering the lock-down in March Leicester were third in the table, five points clear of Chelsea who were 4th and eight points clear of fifth-placed United, meaning they were in a very comfortable spot to finish in top 4 and get back to Champions league. But, since the restart Brendon Rodgers and his team have had a disastrous run of form which leaves them fifth as it stands, before the one final one on Sunday.
Since the restart Leicester are averaging just 1.1 point per game since the restart as compared to United's 1.8. Manchester United have opened scoring within the opening 10 minutes in each of their last three PL games against the Foxes. United have won their first match against Leicester 1-0, after Marcus scored the only winning goal with a penalty.
Team News and Predicted Lineup!
Manchester United
Ole has confirmed that Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe remain on sidelines with the injury, but Luke Shaw and Eric Bailly might be in contention for Sunday. Shaw has been unavailable with the ankle injury he picked up against Bournemouth, but could well replace Brandon who has played at LB since the injury.
Besides that, there are no serious injuries or doubts to any players whatsoever, and this could be the predicted lineup :
David De Gea had a pretty good performance against West Ham the other night after a disastrous one against Chelsea, and would well feature between the sticks against Leicester.
The defense has been well set and Ole won't meddle with it given the importance of this match. Maguire and Lindelof would be the CB pair, with Bisaaka on the RB position and most probably Shaw on the LB. Williams will replace Shaw, if injured.
Matic has been in tremendous form since the restart, and United fans are loving the new fresh Matic they've been treated to watch. The lock-down certainly benefited him the most. Pogba would play the same new advanced role he's got and he is definitely enjoying it.
Our front 4 attackers will be the same with Bruno in the middle, Rashford on the left, Greenwood on the right and Tony Martial up front. A formidable attacking lineup with all 4 in a good goal scoring form. Since, Greenwood has played almost every match, James might feature in given the fatigue, but this scenario is highly unlikely.
Leicester City
Leicester have no fresh injury concerns but still the Foxes will be without their key players as James Maddison, Ben Chilwell and Ricardo Pereira are injured. Christian Fuchs and Amartey are also sidelined, while key centre-back Soyuncu is suspended.
They are expected to start with the same lineup against Spurs:

Score Prediction!
Manchester United 2-1 Leicester City
The fact that Leicester are missing some key players through injury and their current form could harm them in their battle to finish top 4. United don't need a win to make it to the Champions league spot but I think they'll get one. They are definitely playing Leicester at the right time and Ole's record against top 6 opposition has been brilliant.
Gear up for a Sunday, full of exciting and winner-takes-it-all PL encounters.
Stay tuned! Stay safe!
Cheers!
