The Italian newspaper Tuttosport has announced a list of 40 nominees for the Golden Boy, an award that is annually given to the the best young player under 21.

The world champion Kylian Mbappe is seen as the favourite, but he will compete with such players as as teammate from PSG Timothy Weah, Roma's Justin Kluivert, and Borussia Dortmund's Christian Pulisic.

Mbappe already won the award last year, so he has a chance to become the first ever player to claim it twice.
