As PSV Eindhoven are playing at home against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday, the Dutch side hope to put an end to their record negative series in the Champions League.

In the group stage, PSV have not won any of their ten most recent games, losing six of them and ending four in a draw.

Their last victory dates back to December 2015, when the Eindhoven-based team beat CSKA Moscow 2-1.

This season, they defeated BATE Borisov in the qualification twice, but lost to Barcelona (0-4) and Inter (1-2) at the start of the group stage.

However, now PSV will meet Tottenham, who are also yet to claim their first points in the group, so Mark van Bommel's men have a fair chance to break the ground.
