Emery is the manager we've been wanting for years. Completely changed the dressing room atmosphere and everyone is enjoying themselves. I can see a bit of passion for the team. That hunger is back. He changes tactics for every different opponent. You see, there is a study behind every match. I am happy where we are today. For the big games, he is quite a manager. Emery's been doing good but also remember the players that he had when came in because of Wenger Ah healthy Lacazette, Welbeck and Aubameyang, Wenger had to overhaul the squad last season and make changes mid-year, plus a catalyst of injuries too, Mkhitaryan also, the players Emery has had to rely upon have been Wenger's. I have to say Wenger at the end of last year finally had a squad again that he knew was champions league and I think he was crushed a little extra cause he clearly was hoping to work with Wenger the next two seasons will show Emery's worth and will have to see.

Points say nothing and if you really want to compare then compare Unai's first full season with Wenger's first full season. There are seasons where 78 points get you the title and seasons where 78 points barely get you to the fourth position that's why points say nothing. It would be fair to compare first full season where Wenger won a double. It’s about giving Emery credit for the amazing job he has done so far. He has nowhere near spent the amount Klopp and pep can spend yet he is doing a really impressive job with his resources available. Look up the tables of each of the last 10 seasons and you will see that at some seasons the first would barely make it into top 4 at another season.
