It seems the media is still downplaying the possibilities of Real Madrid, hence, not so many are giving them a chance of winning a treble this season. The return of Zidane have seen Los Blancos gradually rising from their great fall after lifting the Champions league for the third consecutive time. Their plight started with the unexpected departure of their Portuguese Icon Christiano Ronaldo, who moved to Turin to continue his career at Juventus.
Perez(Madrid's president) saw the glory of the club going down drastically as they struggled to keep their head above the wave. After much persuassion, Madrid contacted the services of their former boss Zidane, and the freshman has shown why he is a specialist in what he does. As we speak, Madrid have toppled their rival in the laliga and are now topping the table. They are also at the Champions league round of 16 stage where they will take on embattled Manchester City side.
Madrid are also in the knockout stages of the Copa del Rey and they look more likely to knockout Real Sociedad. I think this guys have what it takes to lift a treble this season. You underrate them at your own peril. Even the media isn't hyping them yet.
