Antonio Conte is going to take legal action against his former club Chelsea following his sacking from the English club on 12 July.

The Italian is said to be furious that despite numerous rumours about his dismissal, Chelsea made him return for the pre-season before finally firing him last week and replacing by fellow Italian Maurizio Sarri.

Now Conte fears that it is too late for him to find a team for the new season, so his career will be damaged and he will suffer financial losses.

Chelsea is due to pay 9 million pounds to the Italian for the remaining year of his contract, yet Conte hopes to get an even bigger compensation.

Conte was in charge of Chelsea for past two season, and while he lead the team to the league title in his first season, the results deteriorated in the second, which forced the club management to fire the coach.
