Amid this Corona virus pandemic, we have seen that the world is trying to avoid financial crisis. Establishments, companies and businesses are fighting hard to keep a steady flow of the finance to avoid running on bare minimum fund for survival when this pandemic is over. However, i came across a noble and gentleman gesture from one of our to central defenders in the English premier league. We all know Aymeric Laprote as the bedrock of Manchester city defence. For a while now, the defender has been out of play suffering an injury. This actually loosened up the cityzens defence. For this reason, they were not 100% able to keep up the pace with Liverpool in their pursuit for the 2019/2020 EPL title.
🙏 The father of late French boxer Alexis Vastine auctioned his son’s 2012 @Olympics outfit to raise money for health workers. 😢 His son Alexis passed away in 2015 in a helicopter crash. The 28 years old was part of the victims in the helicopter collusion during the filming of a French reality TV show in Argentina. How sad.
❤ Aymeric Laporte of manchester city bought the outfit & gave it straight back to Alexis’ father. It was worth €5,000 which was the highest bid during the auction. How sensitive!!! Humanity at it peak. 👏 What a guy.
Many has called to twitter to praise the heroic and generous act of the Frenchman.
